HELLO!
Thanks for booking with us, please read through our Check-in and Check-out rules in the following to make your staying comfortable and worries free!
- Check-in: 4PM, Check-out: 11AM
- Self-check in with smart lock
- Internet password will be provided
- No shoes inside please
- No pets allowed
- No smoking/vaping in house
- Quiet hours begin at 10pm
- No parties
- No open flames or candles
- No extra guests allowed (limit 4 person)
- Do not attempt to open the locked closets
- Zero-Tolerance Policy: Any evidence of smoking or pets in the home (smell and/or physical evidence) will be subject to a $500 charge
- Check-in: 4PM, Check-out: 11AM
- Dispose of any leftovers in the fridge
- Don’t make beds that have been slept in
- Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle
- Put used towels into the white basket in the Kitchen
- Check for personal items under beds & closet
- Please lock all the windows & doors
- Turn off all the lights and AC (turn to 68 in Winter)
- Return all items and furniture to their original location
- Message us when you are leaving
- Throw trash away: Please take out the trash before leaving
- Let us know what broke or anything didn’t work properly during your stay
